Scott F. Busch is a Chicago based freelance film and video editor whose work includes documentary and narrative film, cinematic weddings, promotional business videos, live performances and more. He graduated with honors from Columbia College Chicago in the fall of 2009 with a BA in film and video post production.
Scott was a co-editor for a short films program entitled, Made in Iran: Seven Short Premieres, which debuts at the 2012 Slamdance Film Festival. He was also the online editor and colorist for Circles and Signals which was an official selection at the Slamdance Film Festival in 2011. Scott was the post production coordinator for Manbird, an official selection at the 2010 Chicago International Film Festival. In previous years, Scott has also done volunteer work for the student programs at the Telluride Film Festival that involved filming and editing discussions between renowned filmmakers and students.
Currently, Scott is the editor for a feature-length experimental documentary entitled I Am a Visitor in Your World, and is also the editor for a feature film project with On Look Films, an internationally diverse team of professionals working together to document the Muslim call to prayer in Cairo, Egypt.
